This project is about SPECULATIVE design. For this project, we decided that our starting point would be mental health.

Mental health has always been a taboo topic. However, in recent years, it has gained more voice and importance. This process has been fast and sudden, which is why we believe that some aspects have slipped through our fingers. We believe that is necessary and right to give the recognition that mental disorders deserve, but they are increasingly being glorified and even romanticized. 

This is where the company we have created comes into play. A pharmaceutical company that creates pills using chemical and physiological processes to generate an exaggerated euphoric happiness reaction that creates a superficial social dynamic.

For the naming, we went back to the Greek root of the word "euphoria”. Composed of "eu-phero," we simplified it to just "phero," which means "to endure" or "to bear" in English. Additionally, we added a graphic accent as a graphical component that catches attention.
